We offer a "Pressure Detection Plate System (PDPS)" that uses multiple bolt sensors to map the pressure distribution acting on the slide and bolster of a press machine onto the die drawing in real-time. The PDPS consists of a permanently installed plate on the press machine, bolt sensors, a relay box, an amplifier (SL), and pressure distribution visualization software (IoT-Visualization by CADmeister).
